► Summary: The author argues that the CJIP introduced by the Sapin II Act opens a criminal justice system “specific” to legal persons, distinct from that applying to individuals, oriented towards the costs and consequences of the judgment and structured around the notion of public interest. She shows how the CJIP renews the economic logic of criminal justice, and then the breaks it brings about as regards persons and purposes, between punishment looking to the past and compliance looking to the future.
