The round table devoted to negotiated justice takes stock of the CJIP and outlines its prospects: its role in handling complex economic and financial cases, its articulation with individual prosecutions, and the conditions for a possible extension of negotiated justice. It takes the form of an exchange between the speakers, with a view to proposals. - follow Marie-Anne Frison-Roche on LinkedIn follow Marie-Anne Frison-Roche on Instagram subscribe to the Newsletter MAFR Regulation, Compliance, Law subscribe to the Video Newsletter MAFR Surplomb subscribe to the Newsletter MaFR Droit & Art
