📗Anthropologie du projet

► Full reference: J.-P. Boutinet, Anthropologie du projet, Presses Universitaires de France, “Quadrige” series, 2nd ed., 2012 (1st ed. 1990, “Psychologie d’aujourd’hui” series), in French. - ► Summary: the book traces the genealogy of the notion of project, from the ruptures of the Quattrocento to the philosophy of the Enlightenment, German idealism and phenomenology, and places it among the various ways of anticipating the future. It describes its uses in everyday life (stages of life, couples, activities, objects – including the bill of law –, organisations, society itself), and then the place given to it by the psychological sciences, the sociologies of action and the exact sciences. A second part examines operational perspectives: the architectural project, the educational project, project management and the corporate project “between culture and strategy”, followed by a methodology of project conduct, presented as a paradoxical management of aporias (between theory and practice, individual logics and collective logic, success and failure). A third, critical part addresses the drifts of idealisation, the injunction to creativity and temporalities that have become tyrannical, before proposing an anthropology of the project as a vital necessity, a cultural opportunity, an existential stake and a pragmatic perspective. - 🦉 The preliminary pages and the table of contents of the book are available in full text to those registered in Professor Marie-Anne Frison-Roche’s courses.
