► Summary: Drawing on the agreements concluded between the Annecy public prosecutor and Veolia over the Vaudrenaz pollution, the author shows how the specialised regional environmental divisions are turning to negotiation, both “mediate” and “immediate”, and describes how the agreements are proposed and concluded.
