► Summary: The author shows that the fight against international corruption is shifting towards a criminal system open to negotiated sanctions and incentive levers, based on anticipating the choices of a homo economicus offender and on rationalising legal costs: encouraging disclosure of information by third parties, optimising its processing and inducing a negotiated judicial response, including the CJIP.
