► Summary: The author shows that the Sapin II Act enhances the institutional and normative role of companies in the fight against corruption: prevention strengthened by the obligation to adopt compliance programmes and by the creation of the French Anti-Corruption Agency, then renewed enforcement through the consolidation of offences, the compliance penalty and the CJIP, whose “transactional public interest” and the role of the judge he questions.
