► General presentation of the book (written in French) :
This book provides easy access to an understanding of the subject: it starts from the general rules common to all companies and then moves on to the rules specific to particular companies (SA, SARL, SCI, general partnerships, etc.).
This edition deals, in a first part, with « the general law of companies », including the company contract and the legal personality of the company, then turns, in a second part, to « the special law of companies », with partnerships, limited liability companies and joint-stock companies, and ends with the subject of « groups of companies ».
