HART, Herbert, Lionel Adolphus

Herbert L. Hart was an English professor at Oxford, specialized in philosophy of law. In fundamental work between 1960 and 1980, he seeks to question what the law is. It uses analytical philosophy. His best-known, and maybe most important, work is "The Concept of Law" (1961).
